What counts as “best audio”?
The cleanest audio recording you have. In order of best to worst:
- Soundboard / mixer — direct from the venue's mixer.
- Lapel / lavalier mic — clipped on the speaker.
- Handheld recorder (Zoom H1, Tascam, etc.) close to the source.
- Phone audio — the camera with the best mic placement.
It just needs to be one continuous WAV that overlaps every camera. We line up cameras by matching their audio to it.

Where do I get a link from each service?
- Dropbox — right-click the file → Share → Copy link. (We auto-rewrite
?dl=0→?dl=1.) - Google Drive — open the file → Share → set to Anyone with the link → Copy link.
- OneDrive — right-click → Share → Copy link. Make sure access is open.
- YouTube — paste any
youtube.com/watch?v=…,youtu.be/…, oryoutube.com/shorts/…URL. - Direct URL — any cloud-storage URL ending in
.mp4,.mov,.mkv, or.wav(S3, R2, Azure Blob, DigitalOcean Spaces).
